Reid is a US Marine Veteran and graduated from Colorado Technical University in Business Management. After many years in the medial industry, he decided to join the family business. Besides his college education, Reid was trained in HVAC by his father-in-law Rick Groff who has 30 years of knowledge in the industry. Throughout the years, Reid has fulfilled many roles and is currently serving as the President of Quality Heating & Cooling and is the owner along with his wife, Adriann. Reid is particularly proud of the team at Quality, especially how passionate the team members are about doing a great job for the customers. When he is not at work, Reid likes working on his golf game, rooting for his favorite sports team, or spending time with his three kids and wife.

Adriann Sittler grew up around the business and learned the ins and outs by working alongside her Dad. After attending and graduating from The Ohio State University and launching a successful career on her own, she decided to come back to where her heart as always been. She and her husband Reid purchased the business several years ago and she currently fulfills the role of Vice-President. She is proud that the company is a thriving family-owned local business where employees truly feel like an extension of the family.

Quentin Cowling was drawn to the HVAC field because his grandfather retired from working in HVAC, his father has been working in HVAC for over 30 years, and his brother also works in HVAC. Quentin is proud to say that the HVAC field has allowed his family to put food on the table for generations and it is a privilege to keep the tradition alive. To prepare for his current position, he worked in HVAC right out of high school at a small shop in Canton followed by working for his father’s HVAC company throughout the years. He wanted to join the Quality team because it is a family owned and operated company that always puts the customer first no matter what the cost – Quality truly shows a desire to help the people they serve! Quentin lives in Jackson with his wife and son. He loves spending time with his family, especially his son, and enjoys exercise, spending time outdoors, and DIY home projects.

Rick has been with Quality Heating & Cooling since 1987. He was Quality’s first Service Technician. After being out in the field and running service calls for many years, Rick is now responsible for the training and development of our technicians in the Service Department. Rick also has his N.A.T.E Certification. Rick has enjoyed working for QHC for his entire career in the HVAC business because of the family atmosphere the owner has created. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He has two sons, one beautiful granddaughter and handsome grandson.

Ken came to Quality with over 25 years of Marketing experience. He started in Television working for Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood. He received an “Emmy” for being the on-site editor for the Rock-N-Roll Hall Of Fame opening weekend. He has owned a Marketing Video production company for many years and is excited to work for Quality Heating and Cooling. In his spare time loves spending time with his 2 boys, coaching baseball, and playing golf.

Jennifer was born in Akron and is currently a resident of Massillon, Ohio. She worked previously as an accounting clerk but wanted to transition to the HVAC industry because she loves the idea of helping serve people’s comfort needs. She likes Quality because the company is family oriented and appreciates the work that she does. She is married with 2 sons and her favorite thing to do is spend time with family! She loves to travel to the beach to be in the sun.

Doug Sexton graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s Degree in business with a heavy concentration in logistics followed by 14 years of warehouse experience. Doug was looking for a new opportunity to apply his warehouse knowledge to a trade that requires a high level of organization. That brought him to Quality where he says that he loves the team environment and that no day is the same! Doug is from Canton and he is happily married with 6 kids! In his spare time, he is a competitive power lifter

Lori earned a Master of Accountancy and accepted a position in the HVAC industry. Once involved, she discovered that she loved the work, the atmosphere and the science of it! She enjoys working for Quality because they’re down to earth people who focus on a team effort to get the job done which makes for a nice working environment. As hobbies, she enjoys fitness instruction, bocce and kayaking!

Shawn Weisend, born in Massillon, currently lives in Canton, Ohio. He became interested in the HVAC industry because he feels like it is a good industry that isn’t going away anytime soon. He learned the trade through on the job training. He says that he enjoys working for Quality because it is a fun and friendly environment. Shawn is proud to be doing his best work to provide for his 9 year old son. He enjoys playing softball and golfing with his son.

Michael Kuziak joins Quality Heating & Cooling with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 23 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry and in-home consultative sales. Born in Akron, Ohio, Michael currently resides in Wadsworth with his wife of 25 years. The HVAC industry appeals to Michael because he enjoys identifying and solving the problems that customers face with their heating and cooling needs. He says that he likes working for Quality because it is a family-owned business with an excellent reputation that truly cares about customers and employees. When not at work, he enjoys fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and adult daughter and son.

Born in Ashland, Ohio, and now living in Massillon, Josh Forbes brings a unique combination of discipline, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience to his role as a Quality Control Technician at Quality Heating & Cooling. Josh was drawn to the HVAC industry because of his love for solving puzzles—he enjoys the challenge of figuring out why something isn’t working and putting the pieces together to make it right. His training has been earned directly in the field through extensive on-the-job experience and ongoing continuing education classes. What Josh appreciates most about working at Quality Heating & Cooling is the culture: “I like that we are treated like a person and not a number.” Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their blended family of six kids. Whether playing video games or enjoying activities with the kids, family time is his favorite way to recharge. In addition to his HVAC career, Josh proudly served 20 years in the National Guard, completing various state and federal deployments—a testament to his commitment, reliability, and dedication to service.

Raven Chilton brings a welcoming voice and a strong sense of family tradition to the Quality Heating & Cooling team. Born in Newcomerstown and now living in Canton, Raven has HVAC in her blood—her family runs their own HVAC and handyman business back home, and she’s proud to carry on the legacy no matter the distance. A Jackson High School graduate, Raven is excited to be part of a veteran-run, locally owned company where coworkers feel like neighbors and friends. She thrives in the close-knit culture at Quality and takes pride in helping customers feel comfortable and cared for from the very first call. At home, Raven has a beloved pet Majestic, a spunky tuxedo cat. In her free time, you’ll find her diving into thriller films, reading nonfiction, tending to houseplants and cacti, or carefully crafting detailed botanical LEGO sets. Raven’s warm personality, attention to detail, and deep-rooted appreciation for the HVAC industry make her a valued part of the Quality family.

Katelyn Settles is one of the friendly voices on the Customer Service Team at Quality Heating & Cooling! Born in Orrville and now living in Massillon, Katelyn brings real-world experience and a genuine passion for helping others. She was drawn to the HVAC industry because she enjoys being the one customers can count on when they run into issues—and she’s proved to be a caring addition to the team! Katelyn loves that Quality puts people first, from our customers to our employees, and says she’s excited to be part of a company where keeping everyone happy and satisfied is the top priority. When she’s not at work, Katelyn enjoys camping and spending time with her friends and family. We’re thrilled to have Katelyn on board—make sure to say hello when you hear her cheerful voice on the line!

Originally from Easton, Pennsylvania, Erin brings a strong background in sales coordination and customer care to her role as Sales Coordinator at Quality. With years of experience in the kitchen remodeling industry, she’s no stranger to organizing daily appointment runs and keeping communication flowing between teams and customers. What drew Erin to the HVAC world? “I very much enjoy air conditioning!” she states—but more importantly, she loves being part of an industry that provides year-round essential comfort to homeowners. Since joining the team, Erin says what stands out most is the positivity and family-like atmosphere that truly defines the culture at Quality. Now living in Canton, Ohio, Erin relocated to be with her boyfriend but still keeps her hometown close to her heart—including her beloved Shih Tzu, Ted, and her love for diamond painting, floating the Delaware River, and playing quoits—a unique Eastern PA game she’s hoping to introduce to Ohio! Whether she’s coordinating an estimate or creating a sparkly masterpiece, Erin brings organization, warmth, and a smile to every part of her day.

Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, I’ve had the opportunity to live and travel throughout the country, from New York to Los Angeles and Chicago to Miami, but Akron has always been home. I am a proud father of two amazing children and grateful to share life with an incredible girlfriend. After discovering the HVAC industry, I found a career that truly aligns with my passion for serving people. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that when I leave a customer’s home, their family is in a better position than before we met, whether through improved comfort, safety, efficiency, or peace of mind. I chose to work with a company that genuinely cares about the people it serves, and I’m proud to be part of a team that puts customers first. When I’m not helping homeowners, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors, whether that’s relaxing at the beach, exploring the woods, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Chuck Cremeans is the install coordinator at Quality Heating & Cooling, bringing a unique combination of people skills and hands-on trade experience to the team. Originally from Warren, Ohio, Chuck now lives in New Franklin. Before joining the HVAC industry, he went to school to become a teacher and spent 15 years working as a plumber. His background gives him an understanding of both people and the demands technicians face in the field which is a great combination for keeping the day moving smoothly. What Chuck enjoys most about Quality is the teamwork. He appreciates being part of a group where everyone is willing to jump in, help one another, and work toward the same goal. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time with his fiancée of five years. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who competes in bass fishing tournaments and looks forward to hunting each fall. For Chuck, joining Quality is an opportunity to learn a new industry, put his experience to work, and be part of a team that truly works together.

Erica Capuano is a longtime member of the Quality Heating & Cooling team who brings years of customer service experience and a genuine love for helping people to her role each day. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio, Erica was drawn to the HVAC industry because it offers the opportunity to build a lasting career in a field that continues to grow. What she enjoys most about Quality is the family-owned atmosphere, friendly team, and the chance to make a difference for customers when they need help with their home comfort. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors and, most importantly, spending time with her family. She and her husband, Dante, are proud parents to their 10-year-old son, Luca. For Erica, great customer service comes down to something simple: helping people — and making sure they feel cared for along the way.
