Quality Heating & Cooling has been family owned since 1985, locally operated company. We are looking for 2 – 3 years experience for the technician roles and are willing to train the right person(s) for the apprentice roles (schooling in HVAC is preferred, but not required, must be an awesome individual(s))

Qualities we are looking for the in the candidates:

Positive and solution focused individuals with a great can-do attitude! This comes before technical abilities.
Able to pass a background check, clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Be on time, neat and professional appearance at all times, carry yourself in a professional manner, follow company policies, procedure driven, be able to master a Service System, be honest with integrity, general
awesomeness!
