Born in Painesville, Ohio, and raised in nearby Perry, Teresa Kerekes brings a passion for service and a talent for leadership to her role at Quality Heating & Cooling. With a background in managing a family-owned service business, Teresa found the perfect fit at Quality, where she combines her love for customer care, team leadership, and everyday problem solving.
As Customer Experience Manager, Teresa thrives in the warm, tight-knit environment of a locally owned company that values honesty, integrity, and delivering top-tier service to every customer. Her hands-on experience and deep understanding of both management and customer relationships make her a key part of the Quality team.
At home, Teresa is married with two adult sons and a sweet Cairn Terrier named Molly, who keeps life extra fun. When she’s not leading the customer care team, you’ll find her hiking, biking, running stairs at Monument Park, or hitting the gym. Teresa is passionate about healthy living, and she enjoys cooking and baking clean, organic meals—especially transforming traditionally high-fat favorites into healthy creations.
