Quentin Cowling was drawn to the HVAC field because his grandfather retired from working in HVAC, his father has been working in HVAC for over 30 years, and his brother also works in HVAC. Quentin is proud to say that the HVAC field has allowed his family to put food on the table for generations and it is a privilege to keep the tradition alive. To prepare for his current position, he worked in HVAC right out of high school at a small shop in Canton followed by working for his father’s HVAC company throughout the years. He wanted to join the Quality team because it is a family owned and operated company that always puts the customer first no matter what the cost – Quality truly shows a desire to help the people they serve! Quentin lives in Jackson with his wife and son. He loves spending time with his family, especially his son, and enjoys exercise, spending time outdoors, and DIY home projects.
Kayy Kuhn
Customer Experience Manager
Kayy has worked customer service her whole life in multiple trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing. She has always been more interested in the ins and outs of HVAC rather than plumbing or electrical. She enjoys the family environment and the camaraderie between the staff at Quality! Kayy likes spending time with friends and family and hopes to have a family of her own one day. Her favorite hobby is cooking and she plans to finish her first cookbook by the end of the year. In addition to writing, she also enjoys collecting antiques, watching movies and fishing.
Rick Whitaker
Technical Trainer
Rick has been with Quality Heating & Cooling since 1987. He was Quality’s first Service Technician. After being out in the field and running service calls for many years, Rick is now responsible for the training and development of our technicians in the Service Department. Rick also has his N.A.T.E Certification. Rick has enjoyed working for QHC for his entire career in the HVAC business because of the family atmosphere the owner has created. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He has two sons, one beautiful granddaughter and handsome grandson.
Ken Noah
Marketing Director
Ken came to Quality with over 25 years of Marketing experience. He started in Television working for Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood. He received an “Emmy” for being the on-site editor for the Rock-N-Roll Hall Of Fame opening weekend. He has owned a Marketing Video production company for many years and is excited to work for Quality Heating and Cooling. In his spare time loves spending time with his 2 boys, coaching baseball, and playing golf.

Michael Kuziak
Project Manager
Michael Kuziak joins Quality Heating & Cooling with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 23 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry and in-home consultative sales. Born in Akron, Ohio, Michael currently resides in Wadsworth with his wife of 25 years. The HVAC industry appeals to Michael because he enjoys identifying and solving the problems that customers face with their heating and cooling needs. He says that he likes working for Quality because it is a family-owned business with an excellent reputation that truly cares about customers and employees. When not at work, he enjoys fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and adult daughter and son.
Jillian D'Alessio
Customer Outreach Specialist
Jill lives in North Canton with her love Andrew and two children, Daisy and AJ! After a decade of working in the customer relations industry, she has brought her talents to the Quality family. She is excited that the company’s values align with her own and she believes she can make a positive impact here. She goes on to say that she loves the family atmosphere and is always impressed with how hard the team works! In her free time, Jill enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Fred Parsons

Fred’s position at Quality is Quality Control in the Install Department. He is one of Quality’s top technicians with a wide variety of service areas. Fred was born and raised in Massillon. His extensive training started at R.G Drage Technical Career Center. He then achieved his N.A.T.E Certification along with on the job training. Fred is now responsible for quality control of new HVAC installations. He chose this career because he enjoys having the ability to repair things and fulfilling his customer’s needs. Fred likes working for Quality because of the people he works with every day and he enjoys seeing his customers on a regular basis. Fred is married and has a son with one cat and one dog. I enjoy working around the house and spending time with friends and family.

Paul was born in Davenport, Iowa but has been a proud long-time resident of North Canton, Ohio. He says that he became interested in the HVAC industry from watching the movie “A Christmas Story”, when the dad goes down to the basement to “fix” the furnace. You hear banging, some choice words and then smoke come out of the registers! That scene stuck with him so when his High School offered HVAC as a vocational, he thought what a great opportunity to figure out what that guy was messing with in his basement from the movie! Paul was starting a family young and he knew he could get into the work force right out of High School and make a good living for his family with a career in the field of HVAC! Paul began his career in a Sheet Metal Shop, and has worked in new construction, residential retrofit, residential and commercial service, sales, service management, sales management and operational management. He has continued his education by attending industry training in field work, training excellence and leadership training. Paul states that he likes working at Quality because we have a great foundation! We are grounded in a family environment, led by a great ownership team, with a great group of technicians embracing change to help make us better and lead us into the future! I am excited for the future here at Quality Heating & Cooling. Paul has been married to his wife Tracy for 27 years and they have three children and two grandsons. In his free time, Paul enjoys getting outdoors as much as possible and he also enjoys cooking!

Shawn Weisend, born in Massillon, currently lives in Canton, Ohio. He became interested in the HVAC industry because he feels like it is a good industry that isn’t going away anytime soon. He learned the trade through on the job training. He says that he enjoys working for Quality because it is a fun and friendly environment. Shawn is proud to be doing his best work to provide for his 9 year old son. He enjoys playing softball and golfing with his son.

John Riley

John Riley attended Fortis College to learn the HVAC trade. He was drawn to this industry because of the fact that heating and cooling will always be here as a career. He says that he likes working for Quality Heating & Cooling because it’s a good environment with great people, ownership and management. John lives in Brimfield, Ohio with his wife. They have two kids and two grandkids. When not at work, John enjoys coaching football and wrestling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife in his free time.

Donald McClelland grew up in Louisville and now lives in Canton, Ohio! Originally in the automotive industry for 18 years he was looking for a career change when he chose the HVAC industry. He was an installer for two years and then became a service technician through on the job training. He likes working for Quality because he says the people are friendly. He has been married for 18 years and has four children including a set of twins! A fun fact about Donald is that he raises chickens and has honey bee hives from which he collects his own honey.
Cody Ocel

Cody Ocel started with Quality in 2012 in our installation department and quickly moved into a NATE Service Technician position after showing much skill in diagnostics. Cody is from Minerva, Ohio and while growing up he learned repairing farm machinery and constructed dairy housing and feeding systems. Because of his love for mechanics, he decided to get his education in the HVAC Industry. Cody received his HVAC education from Buckeye Career Center and since graduation he has earned his NATE Certification. Cody is married to his lovely wife, Terri, and they have a beautiful daughter, Elsie, who is four years old! In his free time, Cody enjoys fixing up motorcycles and dirt bikes.
Ryan Glover

Ryan Glover started his career working for the railroad (Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway) and loved being hands on and outdoors as much as possible. He wanted to learn a new trade and have the opportunity to better his skills so he joined the team at Quality to participate in the comprehensive training program. He says that he likes working for Quality because everyone is awesome individuals and works well as a team while having fun, plus everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and there for each other when needed. He spends almost all of his free time with family and friends and he enjoys building and working on jeeps and his other vehicles.
Joseph Perrodin

Joseph was born in Orlando but now calls Uniontown his home. He became interested in the HVAC Industry because of the challenge it presents and the technical understanding that is required. He chose to work at Quality Heating & Cooling because it feels like a family and everybody is willing to help each other out. Joseph is married with no kids and no pets and he loves spending time with his family when not at work.
Luka Kraguljac

Luka is a lifelong resident of North Canton. He attended Stark State to prepare himself for a career in the HVAC industry and he has found the variety in the work especially interesting. He beams when he states that he is proud to work for Quality because of the reputation the company has with customers. Luka enjoys many hobbies when he is not hard at work including strumming guitar, working out, playing video games, and collecting cologne!
Timothy Coblentz

From Louisville, Timothy attended the training program at Quality and was taught by very experienced technicians from around the country. He loves the HVAC industry because he gets to meet new people every day as well as having an equal mix of physical and mental engagement through the work. He says that the family atmosphere and experiencing the growth of the company firsthand are his favorite things about working for Quality. Timothy is avid about the community and spends a lot of time volunteering and also enjoys playing sports, going to the movies, playing games with friends, and participating in the worship team at church.

Andrew Roberts was born in Cleveland and now resides in Akron. He chose to pursue a career in the HVAC industry as an opportunity to advance through hard work and dedication. He attended Portage Lakes Career Center and he says, “I joined Quality and like working here because the ownership is top-notch and I’m excited about my career here!” He is a busy single dad of four but in his free time, Andrew loves sports, writing and media ventures.
John DiMaria
Maintenance Technician
John DiMaria is originally from Liberia and came to the USA as a little boy having been adopted by an American family in the Carolina’s. After moving to North Canton with his parents he continued to pursue music and studied piano performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music and performed locally. Realizing the challenges with making a career in musical performance during the pandemic, he joined Quality Heating & Cooling and completed the excellent apprenticeship program. He says, “I enjoy the work and the opportunity to meet and help customers. I see much potential with Quality Heating and Cooling as a HVAC company and will continue to build my career with them going forward.” John lives in North Canton with his beautiful wife and young daughter along with a dog and cats. In his spare time, he enjoys completing DIY projects around his home as well as continuing his passion for music by composing, playing and recording his own original materials.
