Community Involvement
Quality Heating & Cooling is proud to have a long-standing reputation for community involvement. With offices centrally located in Massillon, North Canton and Wadsworth, we make a point to invest in the communities we serve.
From supporting the Massillon Tigers Booster Club and sponsoring North Canton Hoover Vikings Football Program to donating to First Christian Funfest and providing a home for the Wadsworth FISH Program to participating in the Wadsworth Bluetip Festival we are excited to become a recognized part of the community.
We also support our local veterans. Our company is an accredited member of the Veterans News Network and a Veteran Preferred Business. We recently helped a local family in need. She kindly wrote a 5 star Google review, and described her experience:
My family and I are extremely grateful to the entire Quality Heating & Cooling team. I am amazed with the kindness, integrity, and professional services of this company. We were blessed to be chosen as this year’s recipients of a Veteran program for a new high efficiency furnace. When I initially made a service call last month I had no idea it would be life-changing. There was a slight scheduling misunderstanding and when it was brought to the attention of the owner, Rick, he personally showed up the next morning to fix the issue. While talking with him he found out my husband and I are both veterans and that my beloved husband passed away last year. He could tell that I was overwhelmed and needed assistance. He told me about the program and put in a recommendation. Two days later I received the phone call that we were chosen and I’m still in disbelief. He then told me he would post a sign-up sheet for his guys to volunteer to give up a Saturday to come do the installation. Well today is that Saturday. I am blown away by the fact that the entire crew showed up this morning. Four trucks, twelve guys proceeded to immediately get to work cleaning up my yard, emptying a shed, hauling debris away, fixing a sink, repairing a chimney, all while doing the new installation. I would personally like to thank Rick, Tad, each and every person that donated their time, effort, and compassion to this project. Thank you to Trane for donating the new furnace. My son, Ryan, summed it up by stating that this has restored his faith in humanity. It is amazing what can be accomplished when people come together to help others in need. Veteran’s Day Giveaway WINNER!
We are pleased to announce the winner of Quality’s Veterans Day Furnace Giveaway! Sarah Huibregtse of Canton, Ohio won the drawing, and her new furnace was installed earlier this week. Sarah was nominated by 10 different people who all had wonderful things to say about her. One nominator commented: “Sarah served her nation faithfully for 6 years and is now a proud veteran who continues to serve her community by helping others to learn and grow as productive adults.” It was our pleasure to provide Sarah with this furnace and we thank everyone who took the time to nominate their favorite veteran and all the veterans who served.
Deserving veteran wins furnace from quality
On Veteran’s Day, we announced an exciting program to give away a free furnace to a veteran. We received so many wonderful nominations from friends and family of amazing veterans that live in our community. It was truly inspiring to read all of the nominations that we received through the end of November. The winner was selected in a drawing of all eligible entries.
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the Veteran’s Day Giveaway is Dennis Hoover. Dennis served in the US Army from 1969 to 1992. He resides in Uniontown, Ohio and was nominated by his daughter for our Veteran’s Furnace Giveaway. She stated that, “He has worked hard his entire life for his family, his employers, and his country and in retirement continues to help others whenever he sees a need. He is a very deserving man.” She went on to say that, “This would be a tremendous blessing to him.”
We are so happy to provide this furnace to Dennis but we are also touched by all of the nominations. Therefore, we have decided to give a free one year Home Comfort Maintenance Plan to all of the eligible nominations. It is our hope that this will provide peace of mind to many in the coming year. We will be reaching out to each of these special veterans soon!
Residents can rest assured that Quality is a local family-owned company that will provide top-notch heating and cooling service and be a contributing asset in their hometown.
