Free Home Energy Evaluation
Every home is unique. Factors such as how much direct sunlight reaches your house, the amount of insulation, the type of construction and the age of your house all have an effect on your heating and cooling needs.
When you call us for a quote, we don’t just sell you a furnace or an air conditioning unit. We come to your home and conduct an in-depth Home Energy Evaluation. We look at your house and how it is situated in the environment. We calculate heat loss and heat gain. We evaluate the size and number of windows, the type of windows, and the number of people who live in your house.
It’s only by doing this thorough evaluation of your home that we can recommend a system that we know will effectively handle your heating and cooling needs. And most importantly, we know you’ll be satisfied with the result.
When Canton heating and cooling customers have us install a system, we’ll only do the work you’ve authorized us to perform. There will never be costly add-ons or unexpected charges. We’ll do the job right and deliver on our promise of installing a quality system at the quoted price. We’re not satisfied until our customer is satisfied.
At Quality Heating & Cooling, we’re so confident that you’ll be satisfied with our Canton heating and cooling systems that we offer a 100% Buy Back Guarantee. We will do whatever it takes to ensure your total satisfaction. Ask one of our team members for a full explanation of the 100% Buy Back Guarantee and how it works. The bottom line is this…if you’re not happy with any new heating or cooling system and we can’t fix it, we will remove the system and refund 100% or your original investment during the first year.
Semi-annual maintenance programs are available to keep your cooling and heating systems operating at peak efficiency and safety. We’ll service your systems twice a year – in the Spring and Fall - to make sure you’ll enjoy year-round comfort. We call our maintenance plans “Energy Savings Agreements” because our goal is to heat and cool your home using the most efficient use of energy, which will save you money over time.
